Check-in / Check-out Policy

Reservations

Reservation requests can be made via our website, www.bobbysmarina.com, or directly with one of our Dockmasters by VHF Channel 16, phone +1 721 542 2366, fax +1 721 542 7067 or email richard@bobbysmarina.com.

A deposit (prepayment of minimum one-day’s dockage) is required when making a reservation. Only once the deposit has been received, your reservation is confirmed. Reservations for which no deposit has been received will only remain valid until the end of the day.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations may be made without penalty only when received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date on the dock. Deposits are forfeited when cancellations are received less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

 

Rates

Rates are based on check-in date, time, duration of stay, length of vessel and slip type.

Rates are confirmed in US Dollar and are available only from one of our Dockmasters.

 

Check-in time

Check-in time may differ per reservation and is based on slip availability. Arrival prior to your confirmed check-in time is possible if dock space is available and will be charged at an hourly rate of US$10.00. Full payment of your reservation is required immediately upon arrival and can be made at our Dock Kiosk located on our Fuel Dock.

 

Check-out time

Check-out time is at 12.00 pm (noon). After having enjoyed your full length of stay with us, your vessel should depart the marina no later than 12.00 pm. Extending your stay is possible if space is available. Extending your stay in the same slip is unfortunately not always possible (as a confirmed reservation for your slip may have been made by another party based on your initial reservation dates). Please contact our Dockmaster as soon as possible to discuss extending your visit with us. Applicable charges for unauthorized extension of your stay are US$20.00 for the first hour and US$10.00 for each additional hour. Should you choose to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, please be sure to contact our Dockmaster.

Bobby’s Marina reserves the right to not issue a refund for the remaining days.
