Dear Valued Customer,

The terms outlined here below apply to all payments made using a method other than Cash or Bank Guaranteed Checks.

Antillean Guilders (NAF) : Our prices are quoted in dollars; to convert to NAF please multiply by 1.82 (example: US $100 X 1.82 = NAF 182).
Checks : All Checks are subject to inquiry and authorization at our discretion.

Credit Cards : We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
The cardholder must be present to sign the slip.

Traveler Checks : Traveler Checks are subject to refusal if not signed in front of an authorized Bobby's Marina representative. I.D. required.

Euros : We accept Euro notes, not coins, at a rate to be stipulated.

French Checks : We accept French checks drawn on St. Martin Banks only.

All checks are subject to inquiry and authorization.

Foreign Checks : We do NOT accept foreign checks.

Wire Transfers : Wire transfers are acceptable but the money will not be regarded as received until we have confirmation from our bank.

You are advised to provide bank confirmation so that the money can be traced effectively.

Please inform us in time about any delay on your bank or check payment as boats cannot be launched without funds cleared.
